Day 03: Kathmandu- Lukla- Phakding (200m descend-50m descend)
The day starts early in order to catch an early morning flight to Lukla. The flights are completely dependent on weather conditions and the earlier the flight the better it is. High chance that you will have your breakfast in Lukla and then begin your journey on the trails of Everest base camp. You will make your way through the bustling town of Lukla sharing the trails with Yaks and mules. You will only trek for 3-4 hours as a warmup trek for days to come. Overnight in Phakding. Meal plan B, L, D.
Day 04: Phakding-Namche Bazaar (1000m ascent-100m descend)
You will embark on the same undulating trail that you had left on the previous day. Immediately outside Phakding keep your eyes open while the trail traverses through the forest of Rhododendrons, pine and fir as it is home to some wild habitats. On this day, the majority of the trail stays on the banks of the raging Dudh Koshi river. On several occasions, you will cross a rustic suspension bridge that leads in and out of beautiful Sherpa village and hamlets. From Monjo, you will make an entry in the Sagarmatha National Park and soon you will be greeted by snow-clad Thamserku 6608m. The final ascent to Namche Bazaar through sheer, crisscrossing and traverses scented trail. This section of the trek is the most difficult section of the day. Overnight in Namche. Meal plan B, L, D.
Day 05: Rest Day
This day is set aside for acclimatization. Although it is mentioned as a rest day it is recommended to remain active and ascend to higher ground and fall back in Namche. It is a very good day as well to explore the town its rich Sherpa culture and impeccable short hikes in the periphery. Namche is an interesting village or town which has houses built on cascading hills and looks like an amphitheater from a distance. This is the most happening village throughout the Everest base camp trek or even in the region of Everest. On this day we hike to Syngboche airport; one of the high-altitude, non-commercial air stripes. Depending on the weather conditions a short hike to higher ground and back will be done. Overnight in Namche. Meal plan B, L, D.
Day 06: Namche Bazaar-Tengboche (350m descend -750m ascent)
You will walk through a dense forest of Rhododendron and Pine immediately past Namche. This is the very community forest where you will hear yak bells zingle made by the grazing yaks. As we make our way on the trails through the forest of Rhododendron we have to keep our eyes open for Himalayan Thar and Musk Deer. The trail is almost gradual uphill but the final 2 hours ascent is tough and probably the most difficult section of the day’s walk. You will see some water-charged mani wheels and some amazing views of Twin Peak, Ama Dablam, Lhotse and even Everest before even reaching the final destination. You arrive at Tengboche which is a wide open grassy flat land where resides Tenboche monastery; famous and one of the largest in the Everest region. Overnight in Tengboche. Meal plan B, L, D.
Day 07: Tengboche-Dingboche (70 m descent, 580m ascent)
With every spur you take towards your final destination of the day, the mountains appear closer and get bigger. On this day you will leisurely walk downhill at first and slowly start climbing. The trail is almost uphill to Dingboche from a stream namely Khumbu Khola. Walking almost 3 hours uphill you will reach Dingboche. You will be welcomed to the village by the gorgeous view of Island Peak 6189m, Peak 38 (7,591m) and Lhotse (8501m). We call it a day here and rest for the night. Meal plan B, L, D.
Day 08: Rest Day
Dingboche is a lovely place; even is such altitude it receives prolonged sunrise and the wind blows more calmly, compared to that of Periche. Acclimatization is again important at this elevation and will help you to cope with the rapid increase in elevation in days to come. Like Lukla and although a rest day, you will spend a day in Dingboche hiking to nearby viewpoints or peaks or higher ground and fall back to Dingboche. It is uttermost important to stay active when in Dingboche and try avoiding sleeping. You will trek around 400m most likely to Nangkartshang Gompa, an excellent viewpoint for the mountains in Everest. Nevertheless, the hiking destination will be decided then and there by the guest and the guide. Overnight in Dingboche. Meal plan B, L, D.
Day 09: Dingboche-Labuche (500m ascent)
Every single stem and the mountains look at a stone's throw distance or within the reach of your palms. The views of Kantega, Ama Dablam and other mountains will definitely help you forget the pain of walking. The trail is not completely uphill but at times it gets horizontal as well. The terrain of today’s walk is barren and with no or very little vegetation. At one time, you will have to take an utter and nerve-wracking uphill to a memorial that commemorates mountaineer who lost their lives in 2001. This is the most difficult ascend of the day. Further, you will ascent all the way to Labuche with the view of soaring Thamserku in front and the smell of Rhododendron in the air. Overnight in Labuche. Meal plan B, L, D.
Day 10: Labuche-Gorekshep-Kalapatthar/Ebc-Gorakshep (Ascent 650m, descent 385m)
The trek is going to be slow and very tedious as you will be walking beyond 4000 meters. Most of the day's initial trek traverses through the narrow gap between Glacier Moraine and the mountain. You will make a very small but difficult climb to a more technically difficult moraine with the first sighting of Gorakshep. Gorakshep is a temporary hamlet just to serve trekkers trekking to the base camp of Everest. Moreover, this place acts as the launching pad for the peak of Kala Patthar. We recommend you visit Kalapatthar on this day as the sunset view is more beautiful. However, many people prefer Kalapatthar in the morning but it is not recommended due to the ruined view from sunrise behind Everest. We either trek to Everest base camp or Kalapatthar and trek back to Gorakshep and spend the night. Meal plan B, L, D.
Day 11: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar and back to Lobuche.
We plan for an early morning move to Kalapattar as we will be climbing this top to see the dawn over the Himalayas and once we achieve the highest point of Kalapattar, we will see various Himalayas including Everest and the 360 degree sees from Kalapattar is magnificent then we come back to Gorekshep and have hot breakfast and trek down to Lobuche.

In the wake of eating at hold up, we begin our trek towards Lobuche base camp and in the wake of strolling some separation on a general compliment plane, the way to the Lobuche Base Camp gets more extreme and rough, at that point advance along the Lobuche Glacier while getting a charge out of awesome perspectives of Ama Dablam, Cholatse, Pokalde, Thamserku, Kantega and numerous different Himalayas, once we reach construct camp, we proceed in light of a rough moraine way to achieve the High Camp of Lobuche and in the wake of coming to there, we set up our camp, take lunch and rest. Pre-Climb Training at High Camp: Our climbing aide will give preparation on crest climbing methods and the best possible methods for utilizing climbing apparatuses, for example, the ice hatchet, climbing boots and crampons, outfit, ascender, and so on for the following day campaign of the Lobuche.
Day 13: Lobuche High Camp to Summit and back to High Camp.
We woke up early today at around 12 to 1 am today and had our initial breakfast before starting our move to the summit and It is vital we achieve the summit before twelve on the grounds that toward the evening the solid breezes in the high terrains begins turn into a boundary for an effective summit. We will in all probability be strolling on a shake surface up to around 5700m after which we get on ice. We utilize both settled rope and man rope according to our guide's guidelines. The Lobuche East offers more all-encompassing perspectives of the mountains than whatever other trekking crest in the Everest area, you get the opportunity to appreciate brilliant perspectives of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Cholatse, Pumori, and numerous more from the summit in the wake of investing some energy at the best, we return to the High camp again for an overnight remain.
Day 14: Reserve day.
This is an additional day put aside to deal with any indeterminate diminishes like flight postponements or awful climate for moving as setting an additional day will guarantee that regardless of the possibility that we were to confront a day's setback, the trek will proceed within this way ensuring a fruitful climb.
Day 15: Trek Lobuche High Camp to Pangboche.

Day 17: Day 17: Namche-Lukla (Ascent 950m, descend 250m)
Although we start early and it is all descend from Namche to Lukla, it is claimed to be the hardest downhill in the entire Everest base camp route. The remorseless incline makes it difficult on the knees but there is always an option to slow down the pace and stroll easily. Once you reach Benkar the trail is almost horizontal to Pakhding and further down, Lukla and very easy for the knees. Overnight in Lukla. Meal plans B, L, and D.
