It will take almost seven days to make it to Ghorepani Poon Hill and return back. With the highest level being 3200m there is little to no chance of even getting altitude sickness. For any treks in high altitude regions in Nepal, the pre-monsoon season February-May period works perfectly owing to weather conditions. Visitors are still able to trek outside peak months but might face certain difficulties.

In the case of the Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, you can do the trek all around the year. Most of the trekkers tend to do the trekking around the year as it only requires 5-7 days.
